Prices

The price is:

Main season: 80,00 € per day
Off season: 40,00 € per day


Extra costs for dogs:
5,00 € per day and dog

Final cleaning service fee: 40 €

The visitor’s tax per day is currently 3,00 p.P. during the main season and 1,50 € p.P during off-season
For children up to 15 years there is no cost for visitor tax.

Occupancy: max up to 4 persons and one infant.

Lockable shelter for own bicycles available.

Bicycles for rent available close to the apartment or by prior notification.

Access and use of the (sun bathing) lawn and terrace for free.

Free wifi available.

TV with several options to connect your own game consoles.

Deposit

The advance payment is 15% of the total price. The outstanding balance has to be paid at arrival and hand-over of keys.

For cancellations we will charge a processing fee of 15% of the advance payment.


Off season dates: 01.01. - 16.05. and 16.09.- 31.12.
Main season: 17.05. - 15.09. plus Christmas and public holidays
